Candidates are typically already working in roles that challenge their ability as an effective leader. The course is suitable for those wishing to further develop their understanding of their own management and leadership style, and seeking insights into how to lead others.The course equips graduates with the change leadership and negotiation skills to advance their careers into senior decision-making and general management roles.You’ll study under experienced School staff, who have had both academic and practical leadership experience at a high level. These individuals come from a variety of specialisations, undertake research into leadership, and who have active roles in businesses including as leadership consultants and mentors.The Graduate Certificate in Leadership comprises four units which can be credited towards the Flexible MBA at UWA (which requires completion of a further eight units for a total of twelve units).
